In this bite-sized refresher, you’ll revisit the Interaction Style concepts you have already learned and strengthen your ability to recognize style cues, adapt your approach and communicate with greater intention.

Over a series of short, mobile-friendly lessons, you’ll refresh your ability to:

• Reconnect with your preferred interaction style and how it influences the way you communicate, collaborate and build relationships.
• Recognize cues that help you quickly identify other people’s interaction styles.
• Flex your approach to reduce tension, improve collaboration and create stronger outcomes.
• Apply practical strategies to real-world workplace and personal interactions where influence matters.

By the end of this refresher, you will have renewed confidence in using Interaction Style insights to adapt your communication in the moment. You’ll leave with practical reminders, tools and strategies to help you strengthen trust, increase cooperation and achieve your goals through more productive interactions.

Course Logistics

Once enrolled, you will have access to the course and lessons for 30 days. Each micro-lesson is released upon completion of the previous one. Lessons vary in length from 3 - 14 minutes each. The course includes 7 lessons and a self-check once all lessons are complete, as well as a downloadable certificate of completion.
